Consider I have created a package and added 5 objects. Someone has removed some objects in the same package. And I didn't notice that and added some objects in the same package. Now the last modified was updated by me right. But I need to see who has removed the objects. Can anyone help me in find this?

Sorry but that is not possible. You will only get to know the last modified by and modified on, you need to check it manually before adding or removing artifacts from a package. I feel they should introduce security permissions for the application packages also, as of now anyone having permission to view application and its content can create or update any package.
