Aegon posted a ticket about our entire process instance being stuck (594230) and since this is production-blocking, i wanted to know what status this ticket has. But i could not find it, and the link tells me "access denied" .

Ah well, thanx, I sent them a message. However, is there a page i can visit to see which tickets there are and what the status of these tickets is?
Also, I was checking how I went wrong, but when I search for "tickets Appian" he redirects me to this community, claiming they have answers when I have question, so I guess this is still the right place to ask???
