OAuth 2.0: Client Credentials Grant with JSON data instead of form encoded?

AFAIK that is not possible. It is really interesting to see how many variants of oAuth there are. What a pain !?!? I suggest to contact Appian.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I was hoping there was some option hidden in a menu or something, but it doesn't seem to be the case.  I think we can get the vendor to work with it, but it would have been nice if we had the option.

I agree. I have a similar problem at a client that also has his special taste of oAuth2 authentication. I think this is the tradeoff that we sometimes have to pay for the simplicity of low-code.
