Is there a limit on the number of characters in an Appian login name or are there any special characters that cannot be included in a login name?...

For users created using the People tab the restrictions are described at: forum.appian.com/.../User_Management

If using the Add User Smart Service those are described at: forum.appian.com/.../Add_User_Smart_Service
