Is there any way to change the tab name (e.g. Chrome) and force it to be different than the record title of a record view? For example:
I would like to keep the record title (Tramitador/ Expediente / ...) but change the tab name (red circle). Do you know if it is possible?

No. You cannot change it. The record title is the text that is displayed in the browser tab. And this cannot be changed. You can change it while you are on a task as the tab then starts showing the task's display name, but cannot be changed when you are on a record page.
