Hi, I am trying to make this list start with a default contact, does anyone have any idea how to do it?

Sorry, but I don't understand the problem. Can you elaborate a little, please?
A user can add some contacts in the application and I want to always have a default contact, because you can add contacts using the button "Agregar contacto", but as there will always be a contact I want instead of this empty one always appears, but without data, I show you how it comes out when you start the application and how I want it to be.
As it appears in this photo, I want it to appear by default.

Then you will have to add that CDT in the contactos RI from the process itself before this ask is assigned.
As Harshit has mentioned, you'll want to insert a row in the table prior to showing this screen.
Additionally, you might need to prevent the deletion or apply different rules by way of a indicator in one of the columns (i.e boolean isDefault)
