I need to make few columns as protected in excel while exporting which user can not edit ,since i have to reimport the same file nd some columns value should not change.please suggest how to achieve this.

I don't think you can restrict users from changing any value. You might try to add this restriction in the Excel template on the required columns to see if it works but it would make more sense to add (DO NOT EDIT) next to the column name. This is what I did in one of my projects.
Last time I tried to restrict certain columns in an Excel template, it resulted in restricting all other columns as well. You can give it a try and see if you have any luck, o/w Harshit's idea sounds practical.
