How to compare list of two lists in appain {1,2,3} and {4,7,6}

You haven't really told us what would merit a "comparison true" condition here.  If the lists share any common items?  All items in common but order (or repetitions) independent? All items (and counts) same but order independent?  Lists completely identical?  Something else?

Whatever the case, you can most likely find your answer in Array Functions.

Did you try the difference function?

With the"=" operator. Just use this operator and it will tell you if both the arrays are the same or different. If your comparison means something else, please add more details about it.
