Hii,
To set up and run the SFTP, after installing and importing in the Appian, the required details are needed for the interaction, as listed,
server hostname
server port
scsExternalSystemKey
private key file
server username:
server password:
And upon searching through the Appian website, I found this
Obtain SFTP Credentials: Contact your system administrator or Appian support to obtain the SFTP credentials required for connecting to the Appian Server. You will typically need the SFTP server address, port number, username, and password.
And please suggest the best SFTP software among them: WinSCP, Cyberduck, or command-line tools: OpenSSH.

What is your specific question?
While searching for SFTP, it's mentioned that "Contact your system administrator or Appian support to obtain the SFTP credentials required for connecting to the Appian Server. You will typically need the SFTP server address, port number, username, and password."
So thus I request to provide the SFTP credentials to allow the connections to the Appian server.
Someone else (presumably someone else at your company / organization) will need to set up an sFTP server for you, and provide you the credentials. This is not something that Appian does for you, and not something that anyone here on Community can do for you.
My followup question is this: why are you attempting to use the sFTP plug-in if you don't already have an sFTP server that you need to connect to?
Okay. Now I get clarification on getting the connection for the SFTP.
I ask the organization for the same.
Thank you for the help, support, and clarifications
