AM facing an unknow issue on send email node. In our lower environments the response body is configured as attached below
Deployed the same process model in PROD, but i could see additional html tags are added in response body section as shown below
This is not happening in send email nodel where response body in wrapped inside expression. Can anyone suggest why this is happening? I deployed the same PM from dev to test to prod... But prod is showing differently.

In the second image which i attached(PROD env), you can see some html syntax before "Test users" which is not there in first image(DEV env). I was just wondering how that syntax came before actual text when i deploy to PROD.
So whenever i trigger this node, user is getting these htms tags as well in their response body as text
I'm assuming that you pasted this text from a word or even perhaps an email and it kept the formatting.
Try pasting it in a text editor first (i.e. notepad) to remove the formatting and then back into the node. Save and publish the PM and deploy it again and you should be good.
Thanks Mathieu for the suggestion. Will try this. Also do you know why this problem happen only in PROD? I deployed the same PM in TEST and PROD , but only PROD is having this formatting issue.
I'm assuming that something happens during the deployment.

Have you tried what Mathieu has suggested? We see same issue when deployed to our UAT environment but working fine in lower environments
