I have a strange situation when using Mozilla Firefox - when I am trying to down

I have a strange situation when using Mozilla Firefox - when I am trying to download multiple documents at once (using the "Download" button in the "Documents" tab), nothing happens - as if the button was never clicked.
In Internet Explorer everything is OK - I select the documents I want to download, I click on the "Download" button, and they are all zipped into one file that can be downloaded. In the attachment you can see this (when I am using IE).
Why is this not working in Firefox? I have tried it using Appian 7.0, 7.3 and 7.5 and with none of them worked. I am using Firefox 30.0.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have confirmed this feature doesn't work on Firefox. The reference number for this issue is AN-54414. You can review the release notes of a future version to confirm whether this has been addressed.
