How can I get the URL of a document stored in a Knowledge Center?...

You can either use linkToDocument() or linkToDocumentInternal() function OR construct the url in the following patter
/suite/doc/<docId>

The "linktodocument" will be deprecated in later release (as per 7.4 release notes)... what happens at that time if we are still using that function?
