In v6.0.2, there was an Export button to export users from the People tab. We are now in 7.3, how do I export the list of users and usergroup memberships out of Appian?...

Appian doesn't provide an option to export users ootb. Can you check is this was a custom code that you're talking about?

As Sathya mentions this has been never an out of the box feature, maybe you were using this application forum.appian.com/.../summary
