I noticed that in write records it only saves primary key, what if i want to use other fields in next set of forms do i have to query record or there is a way ?

Yes, you need to add a separate query to fetch the data. I described that in my blog post: https://appian.rocks/2023/08/30/appian-233/

My scenario looks like this:
Case
->Documents
->MIlestone
->->Workflow
->->->Task
we really need a OOTB (or generic ER on the blog?) function that merges the returned keys in updated record with the records i have in memory after i write the record and related records, so i don't have to query again all of the hierarchy

I had a conversation with some of your colleagues in which we found out that this is a difficult matter and has no final perfect answer. So the current solution is considered the best approach for now.
