How to use Data analysis and Predictive algorithms in appian?

Hi Team,

I am Looking forward to learn Advanced topics like data analysis and prediction Algorithms in appian by implementing the below Explained Proof of Concept (POC).

1.Data Analysis and Prediction of sales: The progressive stock control, quote to buy, and conveyance system designed for Organization XYZ utilizes data Analysis and predictive algorithms to upgrade stock levels in light of past sales and future forecasts.

2.Quote to procure: When goods become scarce, the system first investigates internally for spare parts, producing items if parts are available. If not, it autonomously puts in orders for spare parts with providers, assessing cost and delivery offers from numerous vendors to make an informed judgement.

3.Logistics: Once procurement is finalized, the system meticulously plans shipping, streamlining paths and techniques of transportation to guarantee on-time delivery of components.

I need you inputs and suggestions to learn and implement this POC.
