Hi everyone,
I would like to export my app from dev to prod environment.
In the 2 different environments there is a folder with the same name but containing different files.
I would like to delete the current app in prod and replace it with the updated version of dev, but keep that specific folder that already exists in prod, then replace the same folder of the app imported from dev to prod with the files I need, keeping the same UUIDs of the documents contained in it and also the other information.
It can be done?
Or can you download a folder from a specific development environment on the local PC and then upload it as a zip file to the desired environment without changing the uuids?
What is very important for me is that the uuids do not change.
Thanks in advance

The UUIDs remain consistent across the environments. You can directly deploy your application using compare and deploy.
Ok but my problem is that in this folder in prod i have more files than the corrispective one in dev, so if i release the new version of the app in prod i'll lose the files in prod and this is a big problem for me. How to bypass the problem? Is it not possible to import a specific folder from my local pc into an application in Appian?
