Need more customization in the csv file, I want to specify the row delimiter as @ or ^ specifically in the csv.

Thanks Stefan, That blog talks about the field separator , we have requirement where we need to specify the row separator as @ or ^, because my table content already have the data with \n (new line character) which is creating a problem while identifying a row in the csv, because the default row separator is also a new line character (\n).
You cannot change that. Are you sure that CSV is a good format to manage this kind of data?
We have to extract the data and pass it to the other tool, and that tool is more comfortable with csv data extraction.
Does this other tool understand Excel files? If yes, I would try that.
