Convert MNI into batches/ Looping

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where I need to convert MNI into batches/looping, since its reaching threshold(MNI has limitation of 1000).

Can someone help how to convert .

Requirement: I am trying to write data to database via Stored Proc(Data is huge). In advance I don't know how many records am getting to write in database via integration. 

I cannot use Record, since its old Application(Business People are not in favor to convert to Record, since it has dependency on 100 objects.)
