Hi ,
we are trying to access Appian by using mobile apps and we receive an error
"An unknown error has occurred".
By using a browser we don't have that problem.
Any idea how to proceed will be much appreciated.

Hello natasav,
Are you using the updated version of Appian Mobile application? If yes, have you tried to remove the instance details and update those again or refresh the application?
May be more information can help anyone here to solve it quicker and precisely.
We are on Appian version 22.1 and I am using Samsung phone with Android version 13.
The mobile application is the last version available on Google version 23.4.4.
