Hi ,
we are trying to access Appian by using mobile apps and we receive an error
"An unknown error has occurred".
By using a browser we don't have that problem.
Any idea how to proceed will be much appreciated.

Are you using the updated version of Appian Mobile application? If yes, have you tried to remove the instance details and update those again or refresh the application?
May be more information can help anyone here to solve it quicker and precisely.

I am not sure if I understand the above error, But may be the URL part say if your URL that has been entered in the app is incorrect. could you please cross check and retry if possible. and please ensure that you do not expose any of your device settings in your upcoming comments or replies.
