Hi All, I am getting a null pointer exception error in the export log

Hi All,

I am getting a null pointer exception error in the export log when I try to export 2 process. I checked all of my ac's and they are being pointed to something. No idea of how to resolve this issue. Any ideas???...

What version of Appian are you using? It could be you have a query rule that is pointing to a deleted entity.

1. Attach the import log as suggested above
2. Does your application have query rules inside?
3. If running Appian 7.5 make sure you have installed all hotfixes, it could be you're running into issue AN-53918 described at forum.appian.com/.../Hotfixes which has been resolved in a hotfix for 7.5
