If you want the section to display process data, use Web Content with Dynamic Data channel. This will allow you to use the HTML data.
Also, you can use the same channel to render HTML. Do remember that dashboard has antisamy/safeHTML which means all your HTML tags may not be displayed exactly.

Use the textfromtemplate plugin within a expression rule to use HTML templates. This way you do not have to build the HTML in the expression itself. We use table based layouts to arrange to data.

Your HTML file looks like this: <html><body>###text###</body></html>. The expression: textfromtemplate(cons!HTML_FILE, {"text"}, {"Here comes your text"})
