I am going to read JBOSS and Appian engine logs through Java application, in which I need to use appian specific methods such as getLogLevel(), getMessage() from LogElement class, for this which jar needs to be added to my application.
And also let me know, how I can do this!! ...

You add <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\classpath.jar for compilation purposes. Grab this JAR from your local install.
