Iam getting raw data when i use EXPORT DSE to excel,
example in table the priority are stores as 1, 2,3 in numbers. so when i use export DSE to excel, i get the values in Numbers in column of priority, but i need text values instead of numbers such as 1 - normal, 2- escalated etc
My another Query is we are using record actions to export Functionality to call a process model and send exported excel to an email.
how do i pass ri!timeperiod to record actions from Interface

Hello For the first question, Do you have a master table where you have your ID- Status mapping?In that case I would suggest create a view and JOIN your master data value where in place of your status ID. Create a DSE for this and use it instead of your actual table.
