#ExportIssue
We are trying to take an Application export and we only keep getting server errors. "An error occurred while trying to retrieve the data" is the popup error message that appears. This popup is thrown after some 20 mins of hitting the "Check for missing dependencies". Some more info:
1) Our application uses about 20 different pdf templates and so they are also part of the application (normally our application is around 22-25 MB) - should we package these templates in a different application? (in that case too, we will be facing issue in Checking for missing dependency?)
2) We do not have many applications in the server. There are around 8-9 other applications.
Is there any way we could accomplish this Export feat? Are there any plugins which would help us?
(error message screenshot attached)
Thanks!...

Can you check if any of your Process Models included in the application or that are dependencies has HTML markup in the the description field? Try removing those

Hi Eduardo, I can confirm we do not have HTML markups. What else could be causing this?

Can you try using Fiddler to monitor the request until it errors out? I am interested in the http code the client receives; if it doesn't receive any then the client is timing out before the server sends the response.
