I don't think that is possible. But what you can do is, when you leave the organization, you can just mail support@appian.com and community@appian.com to transfer your entire data from your organization email ID to your personal email ID.
And this transfer will include things like your certifications, community discussionsIt won't include your connections on the community, and your environment linked to your official email ID.
