Hi,
We have a requirement to expose an interface to users who don't have an account in Appian. While this could be solved using Appian Portals, we are in an on-premise environment, and I've read that Portals are not available in these on-premise environments. Is there any alternative that works similarly to Portals for on-premise environments?
Thanks in advance

I think embed interfaces works like that.. But it still requires SSO Configurations
Embedded interfaces require an Appian account. I'm afraid that nothing exists as an alternative for Portals for on prem.
Only other option is to build something custom (regular HTML/CSS/JS) or use an online form builder (i.e. Google forms, MS forms, Jotform etc) and connect it using a Web API.
Then We can Use Embedded interface??

It's gonna be a headless BPM
Embedded uses the account you're logged in as so you would have to have them log in a generic account which I wouldn't recommend.
The solution, then, would be to create an external website outside of Appian, right?
Yes.
You could also see with your account rep if they could provision a cloud instance just to be able to build/host portals.

or simply purchasing Portal license from appian
¿Is that possible in an on-premise environment?
Do portals even work on On-prem environments?
oh Sorry , we can't i forgot
They don't.
Yes, if you are working onPrem, maybe that would be a solution....exposing a web api..
