Hi

We are looking to start a process using the Email Trigger Start Event, but we will need to retrieve specific data from within the body of the email, for example: Address; Date Of Birth......
The email will be a structured template.

If your email is a structured templates then it is only a matter of including texts like :
[Name=John Example]
[DateOfBirth=12/28/2014]
Then you can capture this key-value pairs and save them to process variables.
