We've had a few issues when jboss stops working and we've found the following error in the logs. Has anyone seen this error before and have any ideas what might be causing it?

2014-09-16 12:39:00,746 [WorkManager(2)-50] ERROR com.appiancorp.ra.workpoller.WorkPoller - Could not obtain 3 thread(s) after 30000 attempts in work poller...

Alok,

We restarted jboss and things seemed to be running well now. We're really not sure what is causing the issue, but it has happened around the same time of the morning of at least 3 days in the last couple of months. Is there anything we should look at to try to determine what causes the error? I've looked through many of the logs and nothing is jumping out at me for what happened at the time the error happened.
