Building an app (with site and portal) for a creative community based sustainability initiative for music industry.

KalaKrut Platform needs to build a full-fledged web2/web3 community based marketplace app using Appian (site and portal). We are an artist-centric, community-based social hybrid platform for the music and events industry involves a blend of social networking, content creation, collaboration, and promotional features including common industry specific workflows. In addition, the platform has its own workflows for creating, managing, scaling the community and making policy, guidelines and rules along with many business workflows for rendering it's gamut of services. Presently our community strength is 90+ members plus few associate members. Our extended non-member community is very large.

Due to disparate data sources involved in this business domain we need to integrate processes into a single or a few apps. 

I would be grateful if someone from support or community could share insights into how we could qualify for long-term full-featured free-tier access to app development that helps us build an MVP for future funding.
