Hi All,

Urgent help needed..

Do we have a smart service available out of the box which converts .RTF file to .doc or .docx?

In our process, we are generating the .rtf file using text doc from template smart service and would like to convert it to .doc then.

No, there's no smart service to generate a DOC or DOCX from an RTF but Micrsoft Word supports opening RTF files which end users can later save-as DOC or DOCX.

If you still want to do the conversion in Appian you may need to research online if there are libraries to do so.
