Hi All,

Urgent help needed..

Do we have a smart service available out of the box which converts .RTF file to .doc or .docx?

In our process, we are generating the .rtf file using text doc from template smart service and would like to convert it to .doc then.

Alternatively you could directly use the Word Doc from Template Smart Service to generate the DOCX without the intermediate step; but that will depends on your requirement.
