Hi All,
What could be the reasons for inability to carry out Import activity? It just shows Working status but doesn't get completed....

Are you able to import something simple like an empty application?

Be patient, large application imports can take a very long time to complete. In the end a log will be generated, but you could also check your alerts for notifications about processes being published or your application server log file. (Note that it may still take a long time before you start to get these notifications, this is normal.) Our application routinely takes over an hour to import.

@Tim - We were able to import simple applications. 2 things we identified - Datasource set up is not present (java:/RDGNCA) and where does the destination environment create the Process Models if it is new application
