I have created a record type and used that one in one of my interface. I can filter it using Country Field.
After a certain action - by clicking that Initiate the amount transfer Icon
When I go back the previous screen I am expecting to have the 1st screen (which is filtered based on one specific country), but it is NOT a case - I am seeing everything.
In refresh option - I have unselected all.
Is there a way to achieve?

Have you tried using a record related action? Using a record related action and opening it either in a New Tab or as a Pop Up will work fine and preserve your selection in the records user filters.
