We are starting a process by an external email.
We have noticed that there are some emails that dont start the process as expected. We dont see any pattern, is kind of random.
Any hints?...

How is this integration configured? Using an alias in custom.properties or a key-value pair in the email (e.g. [DestinationPMUUID=]
