We are starting a process by an external email.
We have noticed that there are some emails that dont start the process as expected. We dont see any pattern, is kind of random.
Any hints?...

Using an alias in custom.properties.
I had the polling intervall set to 2 minutes (120000 ms) for testing purposes. I think this was the problem. Now I set the polling intervall to 5 minutes (300000 ms) and the process is responding fine. Do you think this could be the problem?
