We are starting a process by an external email.
We have noticed that there are some emails that dont start the process as expected. We dont see any pattern, is kind of random.
Any hints?...

Let's keep an eye on the environment now that the polling interval is more reasonable. Also keep in mind that emails where the alias is in the BCC are not supported. The alias has to be in the CC or TO
