I would like to know how to configure/enable a shortcut in the Designer home page for " Access MySQL Database " and "Access System Logs ".

Attached a snapshot to depict exactly what I am referring to .

Does this need any changes in configuration file specific to the application ? I do not see it appear by default when Appian is installed so it seems like some additional settings are to be done ? Can anyone help me on how to achieve this ?...

That's a customization available only for Appian Cloud customers. It's implementation may not be as trivial as it looks since it's integrated with phpMyAdmin and the logs in the file system, this is not something you can just activate through a property.
