Export to Excel Error

Hi Forum

I am utilizing the Export SQL and Report Data to EXCEL - V2 smart service, it was working perfectly for a day, until I tried to debug the process with it failing. The error message in the server log is as follows

ERROR com.appiancorp.process.engine.UnattendedJavaActivityRequest - An error occurred while executing activity: id=536888290, classname=com.appiancorp.analytics.excel_export.ExportCdtToExcel
com.appiancorp.suiteapi.process.exceptions.SmartServiceException: userMsg[error.export.general=The following error was raised by the Export to Excel function: Name is insufficiently unique]

Any help would be greatly appreciated!...
