Hello everybody, I'm just wondering if I'm missing something here - User ID's are case sensitive within appian however I can't have users with the same login ID and different capitalization.

For example somebody@gmail.com and Somebody@gmail.com count as two different ID's but the system will never let them co-exist.

This means that if a userID was created with the wrong case it's impossible to correct correct? (IE: I want to deactivate SOmebody@gmail.com and create somebody@gmail.com)
