If you have a CDT whose name and structure matches that of an existing view, download the XSD file for the CDT and specify the primary key column by adding a JPA annotation. It is recommended that you set as primary key, a column with unique values. Then, create a new Entity for the CDT in the Data Store and Verify the mappings.
