Is there a way to restrict incoming deployments in Appian?[Deployments should be restricted if the deployer is not admin]

And you can enforce an approval step.
Will that restrict the manual imports aswell?
ONly direct and external deployments (last checkbox on the right side of the img)

YOU can do that in deployment tab located in your app,
