The workflow diagram in Case Management Studio collapses when a task points back to the previous task (2nd image). The workflow diagram is formed properly when tasks are linearly added one after the other (1st image). Did anyone observe this anomaly? How to resolve it?

Seem to be related with the way the edges are calculated....
Dipak - what version of CMS are you currently using. I have seen this bug before but it was fixed in the version of CMS released in May.
Dear Aidan Reilly ,
I am facing the same problem in version 24.2. Also I am finding a way to reassign a case back to submitter. Is this possible?
Try checking for unintended loops, using sub-workflows to simplify the design, or ensuring your software is up-to-date.
This issue can be caused by a circular dependency if both tasks have the "Resolution Required" box checked. This creates a state where the dependant second task is required to be completed before the initial task (and target of the loopback) is initially kicked off.
