System Logs Not having latest data

Hi All,

I am trying to access the system logs(design_errors.csv) in production. For myself and another user, we are seeing same version of that particular file. For another user, we can see more details in that particular file. And also I can see that for that particular file, the logging has stopped at 14th August. We had some latest errors for which we are getting error mails as per latest appian upgrades. But those errors are not present in that file. Not able to understand this behavior. Any insights on this?
