There is no option to change the color of a record action. It depends on the branding configuration of the site.
Not as of now.
Yeah, I want to give diff color icon for ech of my record action item. I know we can do it by using the card layout instead of record action item. But Appian already giving flexibility to call record action item directly from Appian, I don't want to write again lot of code by using the card layout.
And keep in mind that a startProcessLink behaves a bit different than a record action field.
