Here on forum I'm getting an error message whenever hovering over the "participants" (or "security") icon below a tempo post text (the icon to the right of the "Star). I've confirmed it happens the same way in both Firefox and IE, after a fresh login. It only happens on posts by other "external" users, but not on system posts or posts by Appian employees.
