How to Filter Items in Grid

Question

Is there any ability to filter out the items from the grid in the form? Please help me if there is any expression or function in the grid so that we can use to filter parent kit items from the grid....

The way you would do this is by applying filter to the data-set that powers the grid. One way to do this dynamically (in a SAIL form) is to load the dataset within a with() function and use a filter (for e.g. a text field or drop down) that allows you to apply the filter to the dataset and re-query the updated dataset. In that case, you need to have a submit button that will re-evaluate the data-set (via a script task) and return back to the form (activity chained) to show the updated value.
