Hi Everyone,
We were inspecting our package of CDTs to deploy to our QA environment and for one of the CDTs we received the following error message.
which already exists with a different structure. The requested type will not be created and the existing type will not be altered. You must first delete the existing type if you intend to redefine it with a different structure. (APNX-2-4045-001)
When we looked into the Data Management section, we are unable to see this CDT so we are currently unable to delete it.
Has anyone experienced this before? Our user type is system administrator so I assumed we should be able to see all CDTs installed in the system.
We are currently using Appian 7.6 Hotfix A.
Thanks,
Felix...

If you are not seeing it under Data Management and this CDT comes from a web service is because somebody created a process model that points to the web service that creates that CDT but didn't publish the model, this craetes the CDT but doesn't expose it.
You need publish that model to expose it and be able to delete it; if you cannot find the model you can try creating a new one in that environment, make it point to the web service so it creates the CDTs and publish it; this way they will become visible.
