Hi All,
I'm trying to send email using Appian after submission of a process to either users or functional mailbox based upon the requirement conditions. When email sent to users it is received by the users correctly, whereas when email sent to functional mailbox address there is no error in the send email node but email didn't get received by the functional mailbox. So, request your suggestion on what's the reason for this behavior and how to fix it?
Note: i have used toemailaddress function in the To address field of email node configuration.

Few Questions
1) Is this happening for all emailAddress or for the specific one?
2)Did you check the Spam folder of that email address?
2)Is that email address receiving emails when you sent from you mail box?
3)Did you find anything in the log?

2)Did you check the Spam folder of that email address? --> Yes
3Is that email address receiving emails when you sent from you mail box? --> Yes emails are received when sent from outlook
Are those two email addresses corporate emails?

Did you check the error outputs?
Email typically goes through multiple servers and each can implement various spam filtering and defence methods against malicious email. I suggest to contact the team operating your mail server to discuss this.
Please make sure the email address is whitelisted by the receiver. There may be a chance they have blocked as part of anti spamming measures.
