In our application currently the quote document receives by client is in html format does there is any functionality or smart service available which we can add after the building the quote document in html format it will call a smart service to convert the document file into PDF format. It would be great if anyone provide the solution for the below requirement.

No there isn't. The closest thing available is a Forum plugin that converts HTML to DOCX and DOCX to PDF. Unfortunately, you can't take that converted DOCX as an input to convert that into a PDF because the generated DOCX is a compatible DOCX file not a true DOCX file.

You would need to create your own plugin using Eclipse. Creation of plugins is described in detail in the Appian documentation. The source code I provided should get you started.
